Hot Entrée Options

Lemon Basil Roast Chicken: Roasted white chicken breast marinated and served with rosemary-garlic roasted red potatoes.

Penne Pasta: with toasted fennel and garlic tomato sauce, topped with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

Peruvian Chicken Kabobs: marinated chicken kabobs with peppers and onions served atop cumin-scented brown rice.

Taco Bar: tender lime-marinated carne asada flank steak with toppings bar of cilantro, avocado, grilled onions, green onions, shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, hot sauce, lime wedges, soft taco shells, and pico de gallo. Served with South American-inspired black beans and rice.

Tuscan Chicken Carbonera: applewood bacon, sautéed spinach, diced tomatoes, and grilled chicken in parmesan cream sauce tossed with angel hair past and served with garlic bread sticks.

Stuffed Portabello Mushroom: stuffed with quinoa, roasted tomato salad, topped with melted mozzarella cheese. (Vegan/GF option available)


  • Garden Salad: mixed greens and chopped romaine with grape tomatoes, shredded carrots, cucumber, sliced red onions, and croutons. Dressing selections – Ranch, Balsamic, Vinaigrette, Pomegranate vinaigrette, Greek, Caesar.
  • Classic Caesar Salad: chopped romaine lettuce, croutons, and parmesan cheese with Caesar dressing on the side.
  • Greek Salad: chopped romaine and mixed greens with cucumber, black olives, red onions, grape tomatoes, and feta cheese served with Greek dressing on the side.
