Conference Breakfast Menu Options

Delicious breakfast buffet options from our preferred corporate caterers, Pumpernickel Pickle!

Option A – Continental Breakfast Start your morning with the freshest seasonal fruits and berries for our mixed fruit bowl, bundled with a comforting combination of fresh-baked muffins, alongside an assortment of fruit and cheese danish, freshly-squeezed orange juice, bottled water, and coffee bar.


Option B – Toast Bar Whole wheat, white, banana bread, and cinnamon raisin bread sliced and toasted with selection of hand-crafted jams, jellies, and spreads including: applewood smoked bacon marmalade, sweet red tomato jam, apricot fig preserves, crunchy peanut butter, almond butter, and date syrup. Individual Greek yogurts with toppings of fresh berries, peanut granola, and crunchy pear and coconut topping. Fresh mixed fruit bowl, orange juice, bottled water, and coffee bar.


Option C – Build Your Own Breakfast Buffet Your choice of one (1) breakfast entree*, two (2) sides, along with fresh fruits, breakfast breads, orange juice, bottled water and local roast coffee bar.

Breakfast Entree Selections

  • Fajita Scramble: Scrambled eggs with chopped green and red peppers together with diced onions and a pinch of fajita seasoning finished with a handful of Monterey Jack cheese.
  • Greek Scramble: Scrambled eggs with spinach, tomatoes, oregano, mint, green onions, and feta cheese.
  • Bruschetta Scramble: Scrambled eggs with our house-made tomato bruschetta and a generous amount of fresh mozzarella.
  • Virginia Scramble: Scrambled eggs with diced Virginia country ham, green onions, and mild cheddar cheese.
  • French Onion Rolled Omelet: tender yellow onions, green onions, homemade seasoning and a generous amount of Swiss cheese.
  • German Rolled Omelet: crumbled applewood smoked bacon and chives, rolled together with a generous dash of nutmeg and black pepper.
  • Hungarian Rolled Omelet: sautéed onions and sweet red pepper with farm fresh tomatoes, chopped parsley, and a dash of Hungarian paprika.
  • Breakfast Tacos: crumbled bacon, roasted potatoes, and eggs served with shredded cheddar cheese, flour tortillas, and salsa.
  • Breakfast Burritos: crumbled breakfast sausage, eggs, potatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese wrapped inside an individual-size flour tortilla.
  • Biscuits and Gravy: tender buttermilk biscuits with southern-style black pepper sausage gravy.
  • Waffles: big and fluffy Belgian waffles with topping of fresh berries, powdered sugar, date syrup, maple syrup, and whipped butter.
